Rent Increases

Routine Inspections
Inspections are conducted at 3months then every 6 months there after. All inspections are completed free of charge. We like it when rental providers attend the property with us; in the event they cannot, we may use Virtual tour 360 technology which provides a 360 panoramic image of each room in order for you to see what we saw.

Final Inspection
Final inspections combine the ingoing condition report and match that against the final condition of the property. We rely on routine inspection reports and all available information to determine if the renter has intentionally damaged the property OR if it wear and tear. In most cases, renters leave the property in good condition however sometimes homes require a little more work to bring back to standard.
