Meet Jason Crofts Smith, your dedicated property manager and business owner. Jason stands out as an industry award winner and a staunch advocate for landlord rights. In 2023, he took his commitment to the next level by representing investors to Ministers at Parliament House Victoria. Maintaining a capped portfolio management of 80 properties, Jason brings 24 years of life experience to the table, specializing in tenancy management, rent arrears collection, VCAT applications, orders and processes, mediation, negotiation, trust accounting, rooming house, and commercial tenancy management. Capping managements enables Jason to spend more time talking with landlords and renters. We have time to do the little things.

Playing a crucial role in our team is Karla, our exceptional office manager and creative designer. A finalist for Support Agent of the Year in 2023, Karla employs her diplomatic skills to engage directly with renters, while Jason focuses on building strong relationships with landlords. Together, they form a dynamic leadership team dedicated to providing a superior level of service to landlords who expect nothing but the best.

Jason firmly believes in a hands-on approach, conducting all property inspections personally and expects landlords to join him. "It's your property, not mine, and I want you to be involved in every aspect," he emphasises. When landlord attendance is not possible, Jason engages Virtual Tour 360 technology, allowing landlords to inspect properties remotely with an immersive experience. This technology has proven invaluable for our international and interstate clients, providing a superior alternative to small, contextless images.
